Welcome to the home page of the Morrisdale Neighborhood Association. Our Web site exists to serve two main purposes — to provide online resources to residents and members of the Association (MNA), and to allow the general public to see what a great neighborhood we have!

Incorrect Phone Number for Purchasing Christmas Lights
Ah, it's that time of year again, the first really cold weather has arrived, Thanksgiving is around the corner, and it's time to start thinking red -- red Christmas lights for your curb that is. Christmas lights can be purchased from Courtney and Tucker Boswell this year.
Of note, the phone number listed in a flyer you may receive may be incorrect. Please log in and go to News/Newsletter for the correct phone number or look in your Morrisdale phone directory for Tucker and Courtney Boswell. Now go get those lights dusted off! The big Magical Morrisdale Christmas is December 5th at 6:30 p.m. at the Gazebo. For more on the events planned, visit the News/Newsletter section inside the Member Area.
Register Your Dog/Cat
The City of Euless has made it even easier to register your dog or cat with the city. Just go to http://www.euless.org/animal/register where you'll set up your own profile then add your pets to your profile. Registration is free, but your pets must have current rabies vaccinations, and you'll need the tag number from your pet's rabies tags. You'll also need the name and phone number of your veterinarian. A city ID tag will be sent to you by mail after registrering. If you don't register your pet and it's picked up by animal services, it will cost you $10 mandatory registration fee.

EULESS NAMED "ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO RAISE YOUR KIDS"
Euless has been named one of the Best Places to Raise Your Kids by BusinessWeek magazine. Called a "hidden gem" by BusinessWeek, Euless is one of fifty cities to receive this accolade. Euless Trinity High School's outstanding football team also received recognition in the article.
EULESS RECEIVES COVETED ISO CLASS 1 RATING
City of Euless Fire Department was recently awarded the ISO Class 1 rating! Only 10 cities in Texas have this rating, which should mean a reduction in your home insurance beginning after February 2009. Thanks go to the City of Euless and the Fire Department for their continued commitment to quality of life in Euless.
OKTOBERFEST / FALL MEETING A BIG HIT
The annual Oktoberfest cookout and fall meeting was a wonderful success this past Saturday, October 25th. The turnout was superb, and the weather was even better.

FALL DECORATIONS
Fall is in the air, and fall decorations are in the neighborhood. Thanks to all residents who take the time to decorate and make Morrisdale look so great. Special thanks to Till and Mac Tatum who decorated our gazebo and bridge for fall. The home page masthead image at top will feature Mac and Till's handywork for a while. Thanks again.
NATIONAL NIGHT OUT IN MORRISDALE
Another year's National Night Out has come and gone. The cooler weather of October made for a nice night to gather with friends and neighbors throughout Morrisdale Estates.
Residents enjoyed cookouts while Euless Police Department members talked about crime prevention and Fire Department members brought a message of fire safety, so be sure and check your smoke/fire detectors. Full story / photos in the News/Newsletter section.
