Morrisdale and the Morrisdale Neighborhood Association held their annual Christmas celebration on Friday, December 9th down by the gazebo. Santa arrived, along with some friends (Rudolph, Frosty and a holiday Christmas tree). The weather was a touch cool out, but there was no rain and little wind. The Green and Purple Areas combined their Christmas party this year at the home of the Carters, in the Green Area, while the Yellow Area party took place Saturday, December 17th at the Rumneys.

Stage 1 watering restrictions are now in effect. Watering by sprinkler systems is now allowed only 2 days per week and by schedule only. City of Euless police and code enforcement will drive through the city and the neighborhood enforcing the restrictions. Odd number addresses water Thursday/Sunday, even on Wednesday and Saturday, no watering other days by sprinkler systems.
